Abstract
To study the analysis and optimization of the motion reliability of multifunctional nursing bed mechanism, the ADAMS software platform was chosen to simulate the parametric modeling of the nursing bed with consideration of dimensional and clearance errors. Taking the back-raising mechanism as an example, we verify the accuracy of the model by comparing the experimental data. Based on the effect of clearance error, a response surface model with motor end hinge clearance, push rod end hinge clearance, back support pivot clearance, and bed plate hinge clearance, as the influencing factors and angular velocity reliability and angular acceleration reliability as the response values, were established, and the significance of the influencing factors of the response values was obtained by using ANOVA. Based on the reliability of angular velocity as the optimization target and each influencing factor, simulation experiments were conducted to verify that the error of the model optimization result of the response surface method was 1.64%. It shows that the model prediction is more accurate and the response surface method is feasible for the mechanism motion reliability optimization analysis.
