Abstract

The innovation in the high-tech enterprises is the result of many factors. The empirical analysis of domestic high-tech enterprises shows that organizational motivation, organizational barriers, resources support, supervisor support, team support and autonomy all can impact on task performance and contextual performance in high-tech enterprises, which are key points on innovation management system control. Organizational barriers play a negative role. Therefore, managers of high-tech enterprises should strengthen all kinds of support for employees, and give them autonomy in order to form innovation and competitiveness.
