Abstract
Employment is the key content of cultivating college students, and it is also an important way to realize the value of students. In the traditional work of employment guidance for college students, the lack of organic integration between students' training and the environment of the times directly leads to some practical problems, such as the mismatch between students' comprehensive skills and social needs, and between students' job-seeking needs and employment situation.
