Research on the Influence of New Media Application on Learning Performance under the Background of Modernization of Elderly Education

Abstract

At present, the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. The modernization of education and the construction of a powerful country in education have been accelerated, and the deep integration of new Internet technologies and education has been continuously promoted. In particular, the emergence of new media with many advantages such as rich information resources, fast communication methods, and powerful interactive functions has created new opportunities and conditions for the development of education for the elderly. New media and old-age education are deeply integrated and developed. Promoting the reform of learning methods for the elderly under the digital information environment is conducive to ensuring the right of lifelong learning for the elderly and has far-reaching strategic significance for the construction of a learning society and the sustainable development of an aging society. By discussing the connotation and characteristics of the new media and the value and significance of old-age education, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies for developing old-age education.
