Abstract

In the Context of China, the initiative innovation behavior of the new generation of employees has become an important force to promote the development of enterprise innovation. In order to reveal the realization path of the new generation of employees' active innovation behavior, the theoretical framework of enterprise employees' responses-organizational identity-employees' active innovation behavior is constructed, and the regulating role of proactive personality is discussed. The results show that the performance of enterprise employees' responsibility is beneficial to stimulate the new generation of employees' initiative innovation behavior; Organizational identity plays an intermediary role between the responsibility of enterprise employees and the initiative innovation behavior of new generation employees. Meanwhile, compared with employees with high proactive personality, organizational identity plays a greater role in the initiative innovation behavior of the new generation of employees with low proactive personality.
