While the resource dependency theory shows the importance of role performed by the director in providing access to all the living and non-living resources [5] This theory is based to focused on essential resource to the company in the firm of information, skills, access to key constituents such as suppliers, buyers, public, policy maker, social group as well as legitimacy. All these resources are need to be linked because a good organizational works always need team efforts; it mean that the actions of the organization is significantly effect the financial performance each others eithers positively or negatively as a whole [5].
