Abstract

Polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent (PCE) is mixed into concrete under different conditions, which brings sensitivity to concrete. This paper establishes a series of evaluation methods by investigating the sensitivity under different conditions. This paper compares the sensitivity of two different PCEs in different parameters of concrete and tests the difference in concrete expansion or slump value under the conditions of different dosages, water consumption, temperature and types of raw materials. The results show that the sensitivity of PC-1 and KZJ-1 is different for different types of cement, and the sensitivity of water consumption, temperature, and raw materials is better than PC-1.
