Abstract

In China the low carbon electricity is one of the key issues of its sustainable development. Although the power structure adjustment and non-fossil energy development have great progress during the “12th Five Year Plan” period, there are still some outstanding problems about the coordinated development of fossil energy power generation and non-fossil energy power generation. So based on the analysis of China's current situation and future development trend of power supply and demand, this paper first builds the model of Integrated Resource Strategic Planning (IRSP) and then studies the development of fossil energy power generation and non-fossil energy power generation in China from 2016 to 2035; last combined the research results with the current situation, some relevant suggestions are put forward.
