Abstract
In 2020, more than half of the top 100 foreign-invested enterprises in Shanghai came from Pudong. Foreign-invested enterprises have played a supporting role in Shanghai's economic development. The epidemic has a serious impact on foreign-funded enterprises in China, which may lead to the loss of foreign capital. Based on the theory of crisis management and service innovation, this study summarizes the strategic trends of three key industries in Pudong New Area, logistics and transportation, artificial intelligence and semiconductor industries in China, and puts forward the Countermeasures of service innovation based on the service status of Pudong New Area High Tech Park to foreign enterprises.
