China's financial derivatives market is a crucial part of the financial system, showing a trend of optimized development, and international influence significantly improved. However, compared with the mature financial market abroad, there are still many problems in China's financial derivatives market. The paper analyzes the development course and problems of China's financial derivatives market, and puts forward the countermeasures to effectively promote the development of China's financial derivatives market, in order to enhance the competitiveness of China's financial derivatives market.
