Abstract

Based on the analysis of the current situation of learning live broadcast under the background of the post-epidemic situation, the user's emotional experience is put in the first place, and an emotional and humanized learning live broadcast APP is designed. Use the literature analysis method to summarize the research status of learning live broadcast, build a learning live broadcast platform design framework based on emotional design theory, and conduct design research, and divide user needs into appearance needs, usage needs, and emotional experience according to the instinct layer, behavior layer, and reflection layer. There are three types of needs, which turn user needs into design opportunities for design practice. The analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the design practice results. The results are that online self-study, quantified self, smooth operation, and information aggregation are the most important, followed by exam reminders, ease of use, image graphics, and scene rituals. Emotional and humanized care design relieves the impetuousness, anxiety and loneliness of users who are studying at home during the epidemic. The combination of emotional design and AHP theory provides reference and direction for future design research.
