Abstract

Objective: To explore the emotional design requirements of the weather APP interface, so as to optimize the user’s experience, and improve the user’s attention and adaptability to weather changes. Methods: Based on the emotional design theory, combined with the emotional factor model of the mobile APP interface, conduct user interview research from the instinct layer, behavior layer and reflection layer of emotional design, and obtain the emotional design requirements of the weather APP interface. Summarize the emotional cognition problems existing in the current weather APP interface, establish design principles, carry out design output, and verify the design feasibility. Conclusion: The emotional design requirements of weather APP are obtained, and a method for emotional design of weather APP is proposed. The visual style is clear at the instinct level, the layout is reasonable, the graphics are simple and easy to identify, the function of the behavior layer is effective, and the feedback is timely. Emotional memory, improve pleasure; carry out tentative design output; not only improve the user’s visual, functional and emotional experience, promote the emotional application of interface design, but also allow more users to pay attention to weather changes from the perspective of public welfare.
