Abstract
The Chinese market for modern agricultural products now includes the agricultural futures market, which is also one of the most significant investment and risk management tools in the country due to the rapid development of China's economy and the globalization of the international market. This paper provides a detailed introduction to the historical history, market development, policy environment, institutional design, trading system, and risk management of China's agricultural commodity futures market. This study also offers some solutions in response to some issues that are now present in the market for agricultural products. The development of China's agricultural future has experienced a tortuous course, despite the efforts of all parties to benefit the country and its people.
