Abstract

Under the "Internet +" model, the scale of cross-border e-commerce is growing day by day and is maintaining a state of rapid development. Cross-border e-commerce is developed on the basis of the Internet. It refers to an international business activity in which transaction entities belonging to different borders complete transactions and settle payments through e-commerce platforms, and deliver goods and complete transactions through cross-border logistics. Cross-border e-commerce talents must have comprehensive knowledge of computers, foreign trade, marketing, logistics, and customer service, and require high comprehensive competence. Through analyzing the development of cross-border e-commerce and talent demand, this paper proposes the path of cross-border e-commerce talent cultivation with in-depth integration between schools and enterprises from the perspectives of talent cultivation objectives, curriculum system, teaching mode, teacher training and practical training base construction according to the "1+X" certificate system and the requirements of applied undergraduate majors.
