Abstract
Abstract This paper analyses the development of circular economy in the western part of China, a hierarchical structure model and an evaluation index system to appraise the development of circular economy are established, then the development of circular economy appraisal of several province in the western part of China was conducted by using the method of principal component analysis and analyses some existence questions. The research conclusion is that: the circular economy situation of Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghaiprovince is relatively bad, the Xinjiang is the worst. They take an extensive development path and have paid great resources and environmental cost. They need to strengthen the construction of circular economy system, accelerate economic development model transformation.
