Abstract
As a new foreign culture, the secondary dimension culture meets the multicultural needs of the growth of college students with its unique advantages, and affects the formation of college students' values and world outlook. The ideological and political education in colleges and universities should realize the significance and advantages of applying the "two-dimensional" culture, and start from the theory and practice, form and content, and use the combination of the two-dimensional culture and the mainstream consciousness to do a good job.
