Abstract

As a new rehabilitation technology, virtual reality technology is widely used in the rehabilitation of various diseases, and the application of virtual reality technology in the field of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy is also increasing. Cerebral palsy is the most serious physical disability in the category of neurodevelopmental delay, resulting in long-term motor dysfunction and some cognitive impairment in children. Long-term dysfunction seriously affects the life of children with cerebral palsy, which not only reduces their quality of life, but also imposes a huge burden on their families and even society. Based on speech recognition, a digital speech training system for children with cerebral palsy is designed. The application of human-computer interaction (HRI) technology combined with the motion control of the bionic manipulator can improve the effect of cerebral palsy (CP) rehabilitation training. The human-computer interaction function is developed through the LabVIEW environment, which can realize real-time interactive training and evaluation of human and robot gestures and actions. The system can train cerebral palsy patients’ reaction ability, language expression ability and ability to recognize gestures and movements, and provides key technologies for improving the cerebral palsy rehabilitation training system.
