Abstract
The temperature distribution of the vacuum contact drying oven fixture is a crucial factor that affects the moisture characteristics of the electric core. This paper presents a study on the temperature characteristics of the vacuum oven fixture, which combines theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, and experimental research. The results indicate that during the temperature rise process, the fixture temperature center intersects elliptically with the surrounding diffusion, while the temperature center of the insulation process is circular to the surrounding diffusion. Additionally, the temperature increase at each test point during the PID control process first increases and then decreases with time, gradually reaching stability. The temperature difference between the test points meets the process requirements. The research results obtained for the design of the vacuum oven fixture provide theoretical reference for addressing temperature control issues and practical guidance for production.
