Abstract

A giant forging hydraulic press active synchronous control system is a mutually-coupled multi-input and multi-output system. To solve the elimination of the multi-channel interference, a multiple-input and multiple-output mathematical model center on active-beam is established; multi-channel synchronous decoupling control strategy is studied. The simulation results show that: the system eliminates the role of strong interference between multi- channel accesses to very good inhibitory effect of synchronization error, eliminating the system's external disturbance on the synchronization precision control impact.
