The Research on Control Type and Control Strategy of Synchronous Hydraulic Closed-loop Control System

Abstract

Open loop control of hydraulic driven synchronously, because it relies entirely on the hydraulic control the synchronous drive of the actuator to control the accuracy of the components themselves, rather than the output of the actuator testing and feedback, so it can not eliminate or inhibit the adverse effects of high-precision synchronization. In this paper, the hydraulic control system for the classification of synchronization, comparison of the various types of control strategies, applications, and hydraulic synchronous control system for practical application in industry.
