Research on Selection Model of Rural Passenger Transport Service Supply Mode

Abstract

With the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy, how to play the most effective role of local government in the development of rural passenger transport has attracted people's attention. In order to provide theoretical methods for the local government to scientifically choose the supply mode of rural passenger transport service, this paper puts forward the adaptability evaluation method of rural passenger transport service supply mode. In this paper, we build the index system of technology, economy, government, market and society on the characteristics of different public service supply modes in rural passenger service supply, adopt the method of combining Delphi and analytic hierarchy process and put forward the calculation method to determine the influence intensity and weight of index, use fuzzy calculation to calculate the adaptability of rural passenger service supply mode in a certain area. The ease calculation shows that the evaluation results of this method can help the local government to select the suitable rural passenger transport service supply mode scientifically.
