Firstly, according to the service object and the evaluation of the different point of view, the supply chain logistics service capability is divided into external logistics service ability and internal logistics service capability, and analyzed, and then clear the logistics service capability was customer-oriented external logistics service capability. And then according to the different characters, elements system is established for supply chain logistics service capacity, and as a main character analyzing logistics service capability, supply chain enterprises put forward basic evaluation chain logistics service ability for customer satisfaction for the method.
