Abstract

Reasearch and experimental tests had been operated on the preparation process and performance of aerogel rock wool composite thermal insulation material respectively, including the effects of solid contents, thickness and density of the board on thermal conductivity of the aerogel rock wool composite material, and the morphology and energy spectrum of the material were analyzed. The results showed that aerogel was beneficial to reduce the thermal conductivity of aerogel rock wool composite, and the thermal insulation performance of ordinary rock wool was greatly improved.
