Abstract

With the using of power system communication and information technology more widely, operation and maintenance services to support integrated, large-scale, professional management presented a greater challenge, how to find a better balance point in their operation and maintenance and service outsourcing will be the key issue. Conducted from IT Operation Outsourcing Management Development profiles, patterns, application scenarios and trends multi-dimensional studies, and in-depth analysis of the power system operation and maintenance outsourcing management characteristics, laid the theoretical foundation for the future development of the operation and maintenance of communication and information systems outsourcing management.
