Abstract

The arrangement of maintenance plan of transmission network is related to the safe and stable operation of power network and the orderly development of maintenance work. However, at present, the maintenance planning process in China depends on the overall arrangement of special maintenance personnel, which is difficult to adapt to the operation control needs of large power networks. To improve the maintenance efficiency, this paper first establishes an optimization model of the practical transmission network maintenance plan, and puts forward the optimization goal of the shortest maintenance outage time. Secondly, according to the actual needs of power network maintenance work, the optimization program of power transmission network maintenance plan based on second-order oscillating particle swarm optimization algorithm is developed. The optimization adjustment and safety check of maintenance and outage plan are realized by using massive power network operation mode data, initial maintenance plan and other multisource information. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the model and method selected in this paper is analyzed and verified with an example of optimized maintenance plan arrangement in a province, which realizes the intelligent optimization decision of power transmission network maintenance and outage.
