Research on optimizing the distribution route of food cold chain logistics based on modern biotechnology

Abstract

In order to facilitate the management of vehicle distribution process by distributors, the actual route of vehicles is planned, and the on-the-way information is timely understood to realize the visual management function. Distribution is an important part of the cold chain logistics system. Optimizing the distribution route helps to improve the efficiency of the cold chain logistics. To achieve this goal, we need to analyze the current situation and interference factors of the cold chain logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products in China. According to the particularity of cold chain logistics distribution, further explore the cold chain logistics distribution optimization research program. In the case of ensuring that the goods are not overloaded, a distribution route model of a cold chain distribution center and a plurality of customers’ cold chain logistics is established. On this basis, the time, temperature and damage cost of the cold chain logistics distribution process are analyzed and defined, and the total cost minimization model is established. The optimization model can better reflect the characteristics of cold chain logistics and provide effective theoretical guidance for food cold chain logistics practice.
