Abstract

Nickel-based reduced graphene oxide (rGO) composite electrodeposited layer was prepared by supercritical double pulse electrodeposited technology. It was found that the surface of the electrodeposited layer was smooth, the microstructure was dense, the microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance were greatly improved. The composite particles were evenly distributed in the electrodeposited layer and the integrity of the structure was maintained. The interface between the composite particles and the nickel grains was tightly bonded, no interface reaction was occurred and the nickel grains were refined.
