Abstract

In the context of energy Internet and ubiquitous Internet, this paper designs a network-source cooperative intelligent frequency regulation decision system for thermal power units based on data mining and artificial intelligence algorithms, and which can realize the functions of network-source cooperative control, simulated grid assessment, evaluation of frequency regulation performance, frequency regulation performance diagnosis, comprehensive evaluation, intelligent decision making, and primary frequency regulation zonal optimization control. This system can effectively improve the overall performance of primary frequency regulation system and reduce the number of failures and the cost of grid assessment. It has an important supporting role in improving the power quality of power grid, cracking the problem of new energy consumption, and maintaining the safe and stable operation of power system.
