Abstract

Frequency stability is the main index of the stable operation of power system, frequency deviation too large or lasted long will resulted in electrical equipment abnormal operation or failure. Usually through primary frequency regulation and secondary frequency regulation make electricity power balance, eventually reached a stable frequency. With the popularity of electric vehicles, electric energy is also increasingly ignored it stores. Combined with its power supply characteristics, this paper proposes a fast frequency regulation method based on Swap-Charging Station, by building the frequency regulation model and simulation results based on this method, we can achieve a rapid frequency recovery and a smaller frequency fluctuation compared with traditional frequency regulation.
