Abstract
The fair and reasonable method of cross-provincial transmission pricing can give the price and economic signal for the each trader. The models of cross-provincial transmission pricing and evaluation are based on power tracing is proposed in this paper. In the cross-provincial transmission pricing model the load is allocated no transmission cost when the load bus is as the same with the originate bus of one branch. And the cross-provincial transmission benefit is evaluated accurately by consumers’ surplus through the relation between generation and load based up-stream tracing. And the power use of cross-provincial transmission grid for each trader is considered in this model.
