Abstract
The efficient use of knowledge is the driving force for future command information system to produce operational effectiveness of anticipating the enemy. The construction of intelligent command information system needs the specification of knowledge oriented architecture viewpoint models and the guidance of architecture design method. The mechanism of knowledge activity is discussed. The knowledge viewpoint models centered on knowledge activity of the command information system architecture are proposed. The design process of knowledge viewpoint based on capability is expounded. The example of operational application shows that the knowledge viewpoint can effectively guide the generation and application of knowledge in the command information system, and transform the information advantage into decision advantage and action advantage.
