Abstract
Abstract GIS device is a small electrical device. It is widely used in power systems due to its small size, easy installation, reliable operation, and anti-noise. In recent years, GIS isolation switches have frequently caused power grid accidents due to their own reasons, causing great economic losses to the power grid and users. Therefore, in GIS, in order to improve the stability of the power system, the isolation switch in GIS must be monitored and fault diagnosed. This article analyzes the primary and secondary working mechanisms of GIS. Starting from the basic principles of primary and secondary, this paper conducts a theoretical analysis of various parameters in GIS, and conducts a simple analysis of its sensing performance and monitoring system. It also briefly introduces common faults in GIS, providing a theoretical basis for research on key technologies of digital sensing and fault warning of isolation switch in GIS.
