Abstract
According to AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper weighted and verified the interactive usability of mobile terminal map navigation, in order to obtain a reliable interactive usability evaluation system of mobile terminal map navigation. Via questionnaire and statistics analysis, this paper had the results that learnability and fault tolerance had the highest weight value in the first level indexes; and feedback timeliness, comfort in use, information comprehensibility and task completion steps had higher weight value and final scores respectively. The conclusion is that on the subjective emotional level, the first level evaluation index has the greatest influence on learnability; on the information cognitive level, the consistency and memorability of the first level evaluation index have a greater influence; on the objective operational level, the Effectiveness and fault tolerance of the first level evaluation index have a greater influence on the interactive availability of map navigation on the mobile terminal.
