Abstract

In view of the current state grid company’s board card spare parts are in a state of extensive management, no hierarchical and classified management, and problems such as affecting the performance indicators and circulation of the DC control and protection system boards. In this paper, a special intelligent storage system for DC control and protection system based on face recognition technology (FERET) and radio frequency identification technology (RFID) is studied. Firstly, analyzing the technical principle of the intelligent storage system. Secondly, the warehouse in/out management module based on FERET and the automatic card warehouse in/out module based on RFID are designed. Then, the structural framework and workflow of the intelligent warehousing system are established. Finally, a special intelligent storage system for DC control and protection system card is designed, which has the characteristics of leading technology, stable performance, reliable quality, simplicity, and practicality.
