Abstract
ABSTRACT The management of coalmine safety production (CMSP) has long been a topic of interest for industry and academia. The characteristics of CMSP include many influencing factors, the influence of various dimensions and the existence of hierarchical structure. In order to provide a basis for the risk identification, management, and control of CMSP, a CMSP influencing factors evaluation method based on fuzzy DEMATEL-ISM is proposed. Firstly, the influencing factors system of CMSP is established. Analyze the relationship between the five dimensions of human behaviors, environment, safety management, equipment and facilities, and science and technology. Secondly, in order to make full use of the experience and knowledge of experts, the fuzzy number is used to describe the direct and indirect relationship between the influencing factors, and the fuzzy direct influence matrix is established. In order to obtain the exact IDR matrix, the α-weighted valuation method is used to defuzzification. The direct interrelation between system factors is analyzed from the microscopic point of view, and the impact-relation map is established. Finally, in order to analyze the hierarchical structure of CMSP, ISM theory and method are used to find out the direction factors, important factors and root factors that affect CMSP, and a practical hierarchical structure model is constructed from a macro perspective. The calculation results show that basic research of safety theory and safety investment have the highest impact degree values, 2.45 and 2.32, respectively. Key technology and rules and regulations have a high impact degree, 2.71 and 2.68, respectively, belonging to important factors; The centrality value of innovation talents of science and technology is 4.58, which belongs to root factors and has a fundamental and far-reaching impact on CMSP. The research results verify the validity and applicability of the model, which shows that the model can provide a realistic analysis idea for the risk assessment and management decision-making of CMSP, and is helpful for the sustainable development of CMSP research.
