Abstract
This study aims to reform the Human Resource Management course with the support of a digital teaching platform. There are 439 students in nine classes, which use online and offline hybrid-teaching methods to explore the effectiveness of the reform teaching. From explaining the teaching mode, and then conducting a satisfaction survey on the teaching effectiveness; the survey scale is to prepare an evaluation scale of mixed learning satisfaction from expert interviews, student interviews and literature methods to evaluate the feasibility of the mixed teaching mode and students’ learning satisfaction. According to the survey data, there are three orientations with higher satisfaction scores. Those are course of teacher teaching, hybrid teaching mode and student's learning motivation. It can be used to examine the feasibility and reference value of the blended-learning designed in this course.
