Abstract

In order to reduce the workload of manual identification of IED capability description (ICD) model information of in backup measurement and control device in the process of transforming a traditional substation into an intelligent substation, the existing problems of ICD model in identification application are summarized. With regards to these problems, this paper studies the adaptive identification technology for ICD models, establishes the mapping relationship between the virtual terminals of process layer and station control layer through model analysis, data simulation and self-description information processing, and develops a closed-loop identification system of ICD model that comprises an ICD model, an identification host, a simulation merging unit, a simulation intelligent terminal, and an identified measurement and control device. On this basis, the model and configuration consistency verification technology is studied, the corresponding consistency verification test software is developed, and the consistency verification methods of device state quantity, analog quantity and control quantity are proposed.
