Abstract

The high complexity of very deep-submicron design makes their verification extremely challenging task. Various methodologies such as assertion-based verification and formal verification increase the confidence that a circuit is working according to specification, but in most of cases to guarantee a circuit is 100% compliant to its specifications is very difficulty . In this paper we present a platform for HW/SW Co-verification which takes both the advantages of hardware accelerators and the merit of reusable object-oriented verification method. According to the complex circuits, the experiment results show that this verification platform enhances the verification efficiency and function coverage.
