Abstract

Human-based Management is an inevitable development trend in modern enterprises management; it is the requirement of complete human-being development on enterprise management. Human-based management, i.e. the commonly called oriented, means regarding human being as the core of management activities, highlighting the management thought of promoting the completion of organization goals by human-being, its essence is the emancipation of human being entirely. This paper analyzed the connotation of enterprises human-based management and its position and role in modern enterprises management, and then proposed human-based management implementation strategies in modern enterprise management.
