Abstract
Core drilling is the most direct means to obtain geological information. The angles of drilling in mine tunnels are various, the horizontal drilling is more difficult. Horizontal hole drilling requires the rig move easily, Wide range of speed and torque adjustment, and strong process adaptability. In terms of coring technology, high coring efficiency and low labour intensity are required. Combined with the environmental conditions of horizontal core drilling in the tunnel and the requirements of high efficiency coring, ZDY series high speed coring drilling rig, horizontal hole rope core drilling tool are developed. The series of drilling rigs have the characteristics of high speed, wide range of speed adjustment and high degree of modularization, flexible underground relocation and layout, the horizontal hole line coring drilling tool adopts the hydraulic transmission method to solve the problem of lowering the inner pipe assembly and fishing device, and realizes the high-efficiency coring without lifting the drill. Through the test and promotion verification in many mining areas, the technology and equipment have high coring efficiency and low labor intensity, which can meet the requirements of horizontal hole coring drilling within 500m depth.
