Abstract
In the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of Chinese companies, since huge cultural differences will bring about strong cultural conflicts, then cross-cultural management is increasingly important. This paper analyzed the problems of cultural integration after Geely's acquisition of Volvo, and explored effective cultural integration strategies in the perspective of comparative management to improve the performance and success rate of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
