Abstract

Female college students entering puberty, if not effective exercise, physical health will significantly decline. This study selected between the age of 18 to 22, 400 female college students in colleges and universities as the research object, the empirical study, using the body composition tests blood pressure, bone mineral density tester, tester, balance force tester, such as equipment, to a healthy condition of female college students before and after the experiment monitoring, and using spss18.0 statistical analysis the result of the data. The results showed that: The body shape, blood pressure, bone mineral density, balance ability and basic strength of female college students were significantly improved by moderate strength elastic resistance training (P<0.01). Scientific and reasonable elastic resistance training enriches female college students' exercise mode and has good fitness effect.
