Abstract

High building has fully functional and structure complicated, in the event of fire, the spread of fire is rapid, personnel evacuation is difficult, and rescuer personnel physical consumption is huge. In the existing conditions of the rescue system, how to successfully complete fire rescue mission is one of the new challenges. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of high building fire disaster and the shortcomings of the existing rescue system, proposes a new kind of fire rescue system architecture base on Laplacian regularized least squares (in the text referred to as LapRLS) prediction, and develops corresponding hardware and software, is of great significance to the effective completion of high building fire rescue and the protection of urban construction. At the same time this new system architecture can be applied to unmanned system.
