Abstract

With the development of economy, leading the e-commerce service industry into a new field and new service mode, the business model is the most critical. It has promoted its business model, realized scale, brand and network, and service industry has increasingly become an indispensable part of China's economic construction. One of the most prominent policies in China is to cultivate diversified development strategy. With the rapid development of e-commerce, enterprises also have great pressure. If the e-commerce service industry wants to take a foothold in many service industries, it is necessary to improve its own conditions and optimize enterprise management, especially financial management. In order to develop better, financial management is the key point. In today's rapid economic development, most of the problems and loopholes in the financial management of e-commerce are encountered. This paper proposes and discusses the related problems of financial management of e-commerce service industry.
