Abstract

In recent years, China's industry of photovoltaic and wind power generation has developed rapidly. With the increase of installed capacity, the consumptive problem of new energy power generation is becoming more serious. It is worthwhile to research that how to ensure the fairness of dispatching opportunity between new energy power stations while electrical power system can not consump new energy power generatin preferentially. This paper analyzes the resource's factors of new energy power generation can be influenced, and set up a comprehensive ranking index system for new energy stations. Then the fair allocation method for dispatching of new energy stations is proposed based on comprehensive ranking. Finally, the feasibility of the dispatching mode is verified based on the existing data.
