Abstract
Based on sample data of Tianjin city, development problems of SMEs, in the new economic crisis, are studied in this paper. By multiple regression analysis, the paper points out that the development problems of SMEs are caused by factors, such as high labor costs, high raw material costs, the financing and high financing costs. A prominent feature is that high labor and raw material costs are emerging problems, the influence of which exceeds the financing. In conclusion, the paper recommends suggestions to solve the problems, such as building secured financing platform, financial support aid to the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, tax reduction and improving the social service system.
