Abstract
With the continuous advancement of the construction process of China's power market, some problems in the operation process of the power market are gradually highlighted. The establishment of an effective and comprehensive power market evaluation system and evaluation method can reflect the overall situation of the power market, which play an important role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the power market. This paper proposes a multi-level comprehensive evaluation system of power market from five aspects of fairness, security, economy, environmental protection and supervision. At the same time, the combination model of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed, which is an organic combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation. Finally, a simulation example is used to demonstrate the evaluation process of power market, and the results show that the comprehensive evaluation model constructed in this paper is applicable.
