Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the technical level of coal mine equipment, low-voltage converters have been used in many types of underground electromechanical equipment because of their energy-saving and high-efficiency features. However, low-voltage mining converters generate a lot of electromagnetic disturbances during operation, which may cause the surrounding electrical equipment to work abnormally. Therefore, it is important to study the electromagnetic disturbance characteristics in the frequency domain of the mining converter. This paper takes a typical ZJT series mining low-voltage AC converter as the research object, models and simulates the whole mining converter and its main interference source IGBT, and analyses and compares the measured electromagnetic harassment data to obtain the electromagnetic harassment trend characteristics of IGBT in the converter, which is of certain guiding significance for the development of immunity test standards of the equipment or system around the mining converter.
