AbstractThe reservoir lithology of complex fault block reservoir in Hailaer fault depression basin is complex and generally contains tuffaceous volcanic rocks. The content of strong water-sensitive mineral montmorillonite in Bei301 fault block of HuheNuoren oilfield is high, so it is difficult to develop by water injection. Aiming at the strong water-sensitive glutenite reservoir in Bei301 fault block, the problem of difficult water injection in the early stage of development of strong water-sensitive glutenite reservoir was solved through the development of water injection test area and optimization of anti-swelling agent and continuous optimization of injection concentration. In the stage of medium and high water cut, well pattern infilling combined with fine water injection adjustment can effectively alleviate the plane and interlayer contradictions. Polymer injection was carried out in the stage of high water cut yield decline, and the rising rate of water cut and yield decline were controlled. The anti-swelling and oil-stabilizing water-controlling techniques of the strong water-sensitive glutenite reservoir in Bei301 fault block realized the high-level development of sensitive reservoir height in complex fault block reservoir and provided reference and practical basis for the development of the same type of reservoir.KeywordsFault-block reservoirSensitive reservoirAnti-swelling technologyWell pattern infillingPolymer injection
