Abstract

AbstractWith the increasing use of electronic technology and is simulation technology developing at full speed, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) is gradually used in the engineering field to carry out research and application, and model-based system engineering R&D system has gradually become the inevitable mode of complex product R&D. Compared with the traditional product design method, it has the characteristics of more perfect user requirement analysis, better readability and stronger traceability. As the complexity of civil aircraft systems rising day by day, the idea of system engineering is increasingly applied to civil aircraft design, and the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) method is the trend in the future. This paper proposes a design method of advanced cabin door actuating system for civil aircraft based on MBSE. The whole design method consists of three levels and thirteen steps. The paper carried out the operation architecture, functional architecture and logic and physical architecture of three levels and thirteen sub-step detailed analysis, completed the advanced commercial door system requirements specification and physical architecture using the special tool of MBSE. In a word, the paper provides a system architecture and engineering methods for the whole complex system’s integration development, this method solves the problem of repeated iteration in the traditional design method, shorts the design cycle of the system, and improves the customer’s satisfaction with demand.KeywordsMBSECivil aircraftDoor actuating systemStakeholder analysis
